About Stratos
Stratos Infrastructure Partners is a privately held power infrastructure company. We develop, finance, own, operate, and maintain dedicated onsite power systems for industrial and mission-critical facilities.
Why Stratos Exists
Power availability, reliability, cost, and utility timing increasingly affect whether large facilities can operate competitively, expand capacity, and invest with confidence.
Stratos exists to remove power infrastructure constraints that limit growth. Dedicated power infrastructure is the mechanism. Greater operating control and growth capacity are the outcomes.
Platform Identity
Stratos combines strategic leadership, transaction execution, and capital coordination within one integrated project-development platform.
We measure success not only by the capacity deployed, but by what the infrastructure makes possible: stronger operations, additional capacity, greater competitiveness, and more resilient facilities.

What Stratos Integrates
Major onsite power projects require an aligned customer need, a technically sound solution, a practical delivery path, long-duration capital, and accountable ownership.
Customer need, operating priorities, constraints, and long-term demand.
Generation, fuel, electrical, engineering, delivery, controls, and operations.
Project equity, debt, ownership structure, and long-term customer agreement.
How Stratos Delivers
Stratos serves as developer, integrator, owner, operator, and long-term asset steward. We assemble and coordinate the specialized resources required for each project while retaining responsibility for the commercial structure, governance, delivery process, and operating asset.

Evaluate load, utility costs, site, fuel, technology, integration, permitting, capital cost, and economics.
Coordinate equity, debt, project-company structure, underwriting, governance, and risk allocation.
Coordinate engineering, equipment, utilities, fuel, permitting, procurement, EPC, commissioning, and acceptance.
Maintain stage-gate discipline, schedule and budget visibility, risk tracking, and execution cadence.
Oversee monitoring, maintenance, service providers, critical spares, performance, repowering, and expansion.
Experience Behind the Platform
Stratos is led by a multidisciplinary team with more than 200 years of combined experience across power generation, petroleum refining, industrial electrical systems, energy markets, project development, procurement, field execution, commercial structuring, and infrastructure finance.
The team’s experience spans behind-the-meter generation, combined heat and power, utility engineering, PJM energy markets, turbine commissioning and operations, refinery technology, international energy development, complex transactions, and industrial project execution.
Stratos combines this experience with specialized engineering and execution partners selected for each project, while maintaining clear accountability from initial development through long-term operations.
How We Operate
We think independently, move decisively, and find a path through difficult problems.
Our word matters. We own outcomes, surface issues early, and follow through on commitments.
We work openly, address problems directly and tactfully, and place the mission ahead of organizational boundaries.
We protect customer operations, capital, reputation, and asset performance over the full operating life.
