Power equipment being installed by crane at an operating industrial facility

How It Works

From initial evaluation through long-term operations.

Stratos brings the commercial, technical, capital, delivery, and operating workstreams together through one integrated project structure.

Energy-as-a-Service

Dedicated power without customer ownership.

Under a long-term Energy Services Agreement or Power Purchase Agreement, Stratos develops and arranges financing for the project, owns the onsite infrastructure through a project company, and manages operations, maintenance, monitoring, and lifecycle performance.

The customer purchases the contracted power or energy services. This provides access to major onsite power infrastructure without requiring the customer to fund, own, or independently operate the asset.

Development and Delivery

Six phases from opportunity to operating asset.

Complete Project Lifecycle

Six phases. One accountable long-term partner.

From evaluating the opportunity through operating and optimizing the asset, Stratos manages the entire project lifecycle.

01

Energy & Opportunity Analysis

Review utility costs, interval data, load, operations, reliability, fuel, and future capacity.

02

Site & Infrastructure Feasibility

Evaluate locations, electrical tie-ins, gas, emissions, permitting, constructability, and utility interface.

03

Project & Commercial Development

Develop the basis of design, configuration, economics, pricing, performance standards, and risk allocation.

04

Engineering, Permitting & Financing

Advance design, approvals, EPC scope, equipment, schedule, project capital, and financing.

05

Construction & Commissioning

Procure, construct, integrate, test, start, and verify the operating asset.

06

Long-Term Operations & Optimization

Monitor, maintain, report, respond, plan major service, and manage lifecycle performance.

Shared Responsibilities

A practical working relationship.

What Stratos Provides

Opportunity evaluation, system strategy, development management, engineering and permitting coordination, commercial structure, project financing, delivery oversight, ownership, operations, and lifecycle management.

What the Customer Provides

Accurate facility and utility information, site access, internal stakeholder coordination, operating constraints, timely project review, and the long-term purchase of defined power or energy services.

Integrated Delivery Model

Built through strategic collaboration.

Stratos assembles the specialized capabilities required for each project, which may include equipment supply, engineering, EPC execution, fuel infrastructure, electrical integration, energy storage, emissions monitoring, project financing, and long-term operations.

Stratos serves as the accountable partner throughout the complete project lifecycle, integrating these disciplines into a unified, financeable, and executable project structure.

Long-Term Alignment

Our interests remain aligned with asset performance.

Stratos does not deliver equipment and move on. We remain involved through ownership, operations, maintenance, performance management, lifecycle planning, and future expansion. We succeed when the infrastructure performs reliably and continues creating measurable value for the customer.
